Customer Updates

If you have a paid subscription, we sent notices over the last two months regarding how your plan will change, when updates will take place, and any impact to your account. There’s no action required for customers and no disruptions to existing integrations in place, but we recommend reviewing the new plans to understand changes to your account. If you may be impacted based on recent activity, Pulsedive has included recommended plans in our communications.

Customers subscribed to paid Pulsedive plans will be migrated to the new plans and charged the new prices at their next renewal.

ℹ️
Customers with multi-year plans will not be impacted until the current subscription term is complete.

New API Rate Limit Headers

The number of requests remaining are now included in HTTP headers for API responses. Our API documentation has been updated with more information. You can use these headers to slow down your request rate or determine if your activity is surpassing your limits.

Our API documentation adds details for HTTP response headers that contain API rate limit information.

Checking Your Account Usage

With this update, we've also made it easier than ever to know exactly where you stand in your plan. Account pages now include an Activity section, with a snapshot of relevant used and remaining monthly limits. Manage your account at: https://pulsedive.com/account/

Check current and remaining limits for API requests, bulk scans, and submissions on your Pulsedive Account page.

On your Account page, you can also check your active subscriptions and make adjustments.

💡
Bonus Tip: While you're on your account page, consider enabling MFA to provide an additional layer of protection.

Final Note

Through careful consideration and user feedback, we've optimized our plans to better cater to the use cases of both individual analysts and teams. The goal of the adjustments across Free, Pro, API, and Feed offerings is to strike the right balance between accessibility and functionality. Users can receive all the value they expect from Pulsedive, while our team can ensure sustainable, scalable operations with continuous development and quality service. While plan and pricing updates are never "fun", we strive to be as honest, proactive, and helpful as possible in communicating these changes - including improved documentation and account/usage transparency.

Much gratitude to our community of users, clients, and partners, whose input and engagement drive us to be better every month. We're excited to keep working on frictionless threat intelligence solutions for your teams and look forward to getting our next updates out to you.
